His will was signed 5 May 1677 in Calvert Co., MD. It leaves his 70 acreplatation at Rockwell (aka Rockhould) to son Henry, and his heirs. Francis Maulding (aka Malden), who was an executor of Henry Jr's estate, filed a deposition saying Henry Sr's estate was split among his 3 sons, John, Henry, and Richard (deposition dated 24 Nov 1699). Henry Sr. was transported to MD (probably from VA) with Thomasin Kent (wife), and John Kent (brother) in 1665. He settled on the Lower Cliffs of Calvert Co. His parents are unproven.
