The God of Israel and of David

1 Chronicles 28:8-9 ... in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of Jehovah... observe and seek out all the commandments of Jehovah your God... 9 And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him...

BUT, WHO IS THIS JEHOVAH, THE GOD OF DAVID?

Exodus 20:1-3,9-11 And God spake all these words, saying, 2 I am Jehovah thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. ... 9 Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work; 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath unto Jehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work... 11 for in six days Jehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Jehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

SO, JEHOVAH IS THE CREATOR AND THE GOD OF THE 7TH-DAY SABBATH, BUT HOW IS HE KNOWN IN THE NEW TESTAMENT? 

1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things... (by Paul, whose God is the Father & Creator who made all things by Jesus Christ)

Ephesians 3:9 ... God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (by Paul, whose God is the Father & Creator who created all things by Jesus Christ)

Hebrews 1:1-2 God, who... spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son... by whom also he made the worlds; 

So, Paul's "one God"(1Cor8:6), "the only true God"(Jn17:3), "who created all things"(Eph3:9) by "His Son"(Heb1:2), "Jesus Christ"(Eph3:9), is Jehovah, the God of Israel and of David -- Jehovah, who said "Thou shalt have no other gods before me"(1st Commandment) -- Jehovah, the God of the "seventh day" Sabbath, who "blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."(4th Commandment)
