30 days/month and 360 days/year

In the original calendar used in the old testament, there were exactly 30 days each month, 12 months in a year(like now) which calculates to exactly 360 days in a year. I suspect, but don't know for sure, that was exactly how it worked before the flood. But, after the flood, there had to be adjustments made. This study doesn't deal with the needed adjustments. Rather it only explains the 30 days for every month, from the Bible only. Why does this matter? In order to calculate time prophesies in the Bible, this understanding will help us with the math.

Genesis 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. ... 24 And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days.

The flood started on the 17th of the 2nd month and lasted for 150 days

Genesis 8:3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. 4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

The ark rested on Ararat on the 17th day of the 7th month - 150 days after the 17th day of the 2nd month. So, 5 months were exactly 150 days - 30 days/month.

Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Revelation 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

1260/42 = 30 days/month

Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

The word "time" was taken to mean one year. So, we have:

1(year) + 2(years) + 1/2(years) = 3.5 years

3.5(years) * 12(months per year) = 42 months

Taking these 3 texts together, doesn't this also mean there are 360 days in a time/year and 12 months in a prophetic year?

42(months) / 3.5(years) = 12(months per year)
