Angel Communications
Revelation 14:14-15 I{John} saw a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was someone like the Son of Man. He had a gold crown on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15 Then another angel came from the Temple and shouted to the one sitting on the cloud, “Swing the sickle, for the time of harvest has come; the crop on earth is ripe.”
- Who is "the Son of Man" "seated on the cloud" with "a gold crown on his head"? Could this be any other than Jesus, our Messiah?
- Why is there "another angel", were there others before? Yes, there were three previous angels in Revelation 14, each with different messages for the Earth. However, this angel had a message for Jesus.
- Where did this angel come from? He "came from the Temple" - must have been the Temple in Heaven.
- Who do you think gave this message to this angel? Could it be any other than "our Father which art in Heaven"?
- But why...?
Hebrews 1:7,14 And of the angels he{Father God} saith, Who makes his angels winds, And his ministers a flame of fire: ... 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for the sake of them that shall inherit salvation?
- Revelation 5:8 ... Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.
- Revelation 8:3 Then another angel with a gold incense burner came and stood at the altar. And a great amount of incense was given to him to mix with the prayers of God’s people as an offering on the gold altar before the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense, mixed with the prayers of God’s holy people, ascended up to God from the altar where the angel had poured them out.
