Exodus 10:1 And the LORD3068 said559 unto Moses,4872 Go935 in unto Pharaoh:6547 for I have hardened3513 his heart,3820 and the heart3820 of his servants,5650 that I might shew7896 these my signs226 before7130 him:
2 And that thou mayest tell5608 in the ears241 of thy son,1121 and of thy son's1121 son,1121 what things I have wrought5953 in Egypt,4714 and my signs226 which I have done7760 among them; that ye may know3045 how that I am the LORD.3068
Exodus 10:3 And Moses4872 and Aaron175 came in935 unto Pharaoh,6547 and said559 unto him, Thus saith559 the LORD3068 God430 of the Hebrews,5680 How long4970 wilt thou refuse3985 to humble6031 thyself before6440 me? let my people5971 go,7971 that they may serve5647 me.
4 Else,3588 if thou refuse3986 to let my people5971 go,7971 behold, to morrow4279 will I bring935 the locusts697 into thy coast:13665 And they shall cover3680 the face5869{Heb. eye} of the earth,776 that one cannot be able3201 to see7200 the earth:776 and they shall eat398 the residue3499 of that which is escaped,6413 which remaineth7604 unto you from the hail,1259 and shall eat398 every tree6086 which groweth6779 for you out of the field:77046 And they shall fill4390 thy houses,1004 and the houses1004 of all thy servants,5650 and the houses1004 of all the Egyptians;4714 which neither thy fathers,1 nor thy fathers'1 fathers1 have seen,7200 since the day3117 that they were upon the earth127 unto this day.3117 And he turned6437 himself, and went out3318 from Pharaoh.6547
Exodus 10:7 And Pharaoh's6547 servants5650 said559 unto him, How long shall this man be a snare4170 unto us? let the men582 go,7971 that they may serve5647 the LORD3068 their God:430 knowest3045 thou not yet2962 that Egypt4714 is destroyed?68 And Moses4872 and Aaron175 were brought again7725 unto Pharaoh:6547 and he said559 unto them, Go,3212 serve5647 the LORD3068 your God:430but who{Heb. who & who etc}are they that shall go?19809 And Moses4872 said,559 We will go3212 with our young5288 and with our old,2205 with our sons1121 and with our daughters,1323 with our flocks6629 and with our herds1241 will we go;3212 for we musthold a feast2282 unto the LORD.306810 And he said559 unto them, Let the LORD3068 be so with you, as I will let you go,7971 and your little ones:2945 look7200toit; for evil7451is before6440 you.
11 Not so: go3212 now ye thatare men,1397 and serve5647 the LORD;3068 for that ye did desire.1245 And they were driven out1644 from Pharaoh's6547 presence.6440
Exodus 10:12 And the LORD3068 said559 unto Moses,4872 Stretch out5186 thine hand3027 over the land776 of Egypt4714 for the locusts,697 that they may come up5927 upon the land776 of Egypt,4714 and eat398 every herb6212 of the land,776even all that the hail1259 hath left.760413 And Moses4872 stretched forth5186 his rod4294 over the land776 of Egypt,4714 and the LORD3068 brought5090 an east6921 wind7307 upon the land776 all that day,3117 and all that night;3915and when it was morning,1242 the east6921 wind7307 brought5375 the locusts.69714 And the locusts697 went up5927 over all the land776 of Egypt,4714 and rested5117 in all the coasts1366 of Egypt:4714 very3966 grievous3515werethey; before6440 them there were no such3651 locusts697 as they, neither after310 them shall be such.
15 For they covered3680 the face5869 of the whole earth,776 so that the land776 was darkened;2821 and they did eat398 every herb6212 of the land,776 and all the fruit6529 of the trees6086 which the hail1259 had left:3498 and there remained3498 not any green thing3418 in the trees,6086 or in the herbs6212 of the field,7704 through all the land776 of Egypt.4714
Exodus 10:16 Then Pharaoh6547 called7121 for{Heb. hastened to call} Moses4872 and Aaron175 in haste;4116 and he said,559 I have sinned2398 against the LORD3068 your God,430 and against you.
17 Now therefore forgive,5375 I pray thee, my sin2403 only this once,6471 and intreat6279 the LORD3068 your God,430 that he may take away5493 from me this death4194 only.
18 And he went out3318 from Pharaoh,6547 and intreated6279 the LORD.306819 And the LORD3068 turned2015 a mighty3966 strong2389 west3220 wind,7307 which took away5375 the locusts,697 and cast8628{Heb. fastened} them into the Red5488 sea;3220 there remained7604 not one259 locust697 in all the coasts1366 of Egypt.471420 But the LORD3068 hardened2388 Pharaoh's6547 heart,3820 so that he would not let the children1121 of Israel3478 go.7971
Exodus 10:21 And the LORD3068 said559 unto Moses,4872 Stretch out5186 thine hand3027 toward heaven,8064 that there may be darkness2822 over the land776 of Egypt,4714 even darkness2822which may be felt.4959{Heb. that one may feel darkness}22 And Moses4872 stretched forth5186 his hand3027 toward heaven;8064 and there was a thick653 darkness2822 in all the land776 of Egypt4714 three7969 days:311723 They saw7200 not one376 another,251 neither rose6965 any376 from his place for three7969 days:3117 but all the children1121 of Israel3478 had light216 in their dwellings.4186
Exodus 10:24 And Pharaoh6547 called7121 unto Moses,4872 and said,559 Go3212 ye, serve5647 the LORD;3068 only let your flocks6629 and your herds1241 be stayed:3322 let your little ones2945 also go3212 with you.
25 And Moses4872 said,559 Thou must{Heb. into our hands} give5414 us3027 also sacrifices2077 and burnt offerings,5930 that we may sacrifice6213 unto the LORD3068 our God.43026 Our cattle4735 also shall go3212 with us; there shall not an hoof6541 be left behind;7604 for thereof must we take3947 to serve5647 the LORD3068 our God;430 and we know3045 not with what we must serve5647 the LORD,3068 until we come935 thither.
Exodus 10:27 But the LORD3068 hardened2388 Pharaoh's6547 heart,3820 and he would14 not let them go.797128 And Pharaoh6547 said559 unto him, Get3212 thee from me, take heed8104 to thyself, see7200 my face6440 no more;3254 for in that day3117 thou seest7200 my face6440 thou shalt die.419129 And Moses4872 said,559 Thou hast spoken1696 well,3651 I will see7200 thy face6440 again3254 no more.
