These properties were given to son William, to daughter Joan BRETT, and to GEN: grandsons John and William, sons of John BIRD. Among the others named in his will were his four daughters, sons-in-law Giles GEN: BRETT and Richard POUNT, and "John Birde my brother Georgs sone."
