He owned a plantation called Timberwell, aka Tunberwell in his 20 Dec1710 will which was probated in Calvert Co., MD, on 7 Jul 1711. He named his wife Eliza as executrix of his will. He also named son-in-law Absalom Kent, nephew or 'cousin' Joseph Bowling, and grandsons Henry Kent & William Kent, sons of Absolom Kent. Richard Stallings, husband of granddaughter Mary Kent, was a testifier (witness) to the will. There is no indication that he had children
other than his daughter Mary, wife of Absalom Kent.
